In short

Summers Ahead is free. You leave your name and a phone number, a person calls you, and if it makes sense we introduce you to one licensed insurance agency. We are not an insurance company and we do not give advice. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

1. Who we are

Summers Ahead is a brand of Apex Digital Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

2. Using this site means accepting these terms

By using summersahead.com, asking us to call you, or speaking with us on the phone, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or ask us to call.

You must be 18 or over to use this service. It is meant for adults at or near retirement.

3. What we do, and what we do not do

What we do. We ask you a few questions, and if what you are looking for matches a firm we work with, we introduce you to that firm on the phone.

What we are not. We are not an insurance company, an insurance agency, a broker, a bank, or a financial adviser. We are not licensed to sell insurance or give advice, and we never do either.

Nothing on this site or said by our staff is financial, insurance, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy anything. The people we introduce you to are licensed and can give advice. We cannot, and we will not, even if you ask.

We are not connected to the government, the Social Security Administration, Medicare, or any government program.

4. It costs you nothing

The service is free to you, at every stage. There is nothing to buy from us and we will never ask you for payment, a card number, or a bank detail.

How we are paid. The licensed agencies we work with pay us a fee for the introduction. That means we have a financial interest in introducing you to someone. It does not cost you anything, it does not increase the cost of anything you might later buy, and every firm must hold a current licence in your state before we introduce anyone to them. 5. What you agree to when you ask us to call

When you submit the form, the paragraph directly above the button tells you exactly what you are agreeing to, and we store that paragraph word for word on your record. That stored paragraph, not this page, is the authoritative record of what you agreed to.

In summary, you are asking us to contact you about planning for retirement income, by phone and by text message. You confirm the number you gave is yours and that you are allowed to receive calls and texts on it. Agreeing is not a condition of anything, and consent is not required to purchase anything.

Calls are recorded. We tell you so on the call. Recordings are used for quality, training and to settle disputes, and they are transcribed and analysed automatically. Some of our calls are placed using dialling software, and some may be placed or assisted by an AI voice assistant, in which case you are told at the start of the call.

Text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help.

6. Stopping us, at any time

You can tell us to stop at any moment, by any method, and you never have to explain why:

We will not ask why, will not offer an alternative, and will not try once more. We add you to our internal do-not-call list so nothing puts you back on. You can also add your number to the national registry at donotcall.gov, which applies to every company rather than only to us.

If we have already introduced you to a firm, tell us and we will tell them too. They hold their own copy at that point, and you can tell them directly as well.

7. Information you give us must be your own

Please give us accurate information, and only your own. Do not give us someone else's phone number, and do not ask us to call a number you are not entitled to give out. If you give us a number that is not yours, we may stop contacting it and remove the record.

8. What happens after an introduction

When we introduce you to a licensed agency, you are dealing with that firm, not with us. They are separately licensed and responsible for what they say to you, what they recommend, what they sell you, and how they handle your information after the introduction.

An introduction is not an endorsement of that firm, of any professional at it, or of anything either may recommend. Any product discussed with you has its own terms, costs and risks, which the licensed professional is required to explain.

We are not responsible for the advice, conduct, products or omissions of any firm we introduce you to. If you have a complaint about a firm, take it up with them, and tell us as well so we know.

9. No promises about outcomes

Nothing on this site or said by our staff is a promise that:

You will qualify for anything
We will find a firm in your state, or a firm at all
Any product will be available to you, or on any particular terms
Any outcome, return, income, protection or benefit will be achieved

We say plainly on the call when we cannot help, because we would rather tell you than waste your time.

10. Using the site properly

Please do not:

Submit false information or someone else's details
Submit through automated means, or flood the form
Try to access other people's information
Scrape, crawl or copy the site systematically
Interfere with the site's security or normal operation

11. Our content

The site, its text, design and graphics, and the Summers Ahead name and logo belong to Apex Digital Media LLC. You may read and print pages for your own personal use. Everything else needs our written permission.

12. The site is provided as it is

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or up to date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Digital Media LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or the service.

14. Disputes

Subject to that, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date at the top. Changes apply from that date.

Changing this page does not change what you already agreed to. The paragraph you agreed to when you asked us to call is stored on your own record, and that stored wording governs the contact you authorised.
